Madam Shi Bin Graduated from Beijing Normal University(北京师范大学）. BNU is the First-class universities and disciplines of the world （世界一流大学和世界一流学科，简称“双一流”）.
Madam Shi Bin has made outstanding contributions to Chinese education in Singapore.
-The former MOE senior teacher in Nan Hua Primary School, River Valley Primary School, was instrumental in establishing the “Li Hua News Station” (立化新闻台) that made news in <<大拇指>> the Chinese news editorial, widely circulated among Singapore Schools.
-The winner of the award '2007 Model Chinese Teacher of Singapore' (2007年模范华文教师）
-2012, write “Happy Practice” series 小一至小六《快乐练习》and “Primary Chinese Graded Writing Series” 《阶梯作文》系列.
-2013 and 2015, did lesson study consultation for Evergreen Primary School, for sharing & presentation in Thailand.
-2009, was invited to share the experience with all MOE Chinese teachers at Chung Cheng main school on the topic "以合作式的活动将SEL渗透到小学华文课本"
-Spoke at the International Teaching Research Conference held in Singapore and share her knowledge in "加强情感与创意的多元呈现方式".
-Published articles 《浅谈品读教学》in the Chinese Editorial 《华文教师》 and 《听说读写全面发展》 in Lian He Zao Bao.

As one of the outstanding educators in the Chinese teaching discipline, Madam Shi Bin always received Chinese teaching plan changes issued by MOE earlier than many others to update her writings which are widely used by MOE Chinese teachers， and the tuition material in Broadminded Tuition Center.

The teaching materials of our center were carefully designed by Madam Shi Bin, the teaching principal, and she has successfully predicted the previous PSLE oral examination questions many times.
